Framework Science Teamstation A.I Platform This is an internal product that helps company customers know of our hiring process and gives transparency on how the technical evaluations are made to select future company employees.

• As part of the Teamstation A.I platform, I was in charge of maintaining the API as well as develop new features, from requirements to delivery as I was also in charge of deployments and server / database maintainance

First Kontact / Jelp App

First Kontact Is a regional call center that provides technical support to different companies. There I maintained their in-house CRM built with adobe flex, and created scripts to automate the generation of reports for different clients and different internal branches. Jelp App: Is a startup born from the call center. We started the development of an internal chat application that grew into a full SaaS for tracking delivery of products. We used Laravel as our main development framework for the API that is used by a large number of mobiles and web apps.

• Help design Jelp App from scratch, having the initial role of Sr. Developer and moved to DevOps, in charge of infrastructure and deployments.

Outsourcing development company As part of a two-person team, I helped the Sr. developer fixing bugs as well as planning new modules for the web application, using Laravel as the main framework. Working with the same client, I configured and set up their WordPress site using one of the themes that the client liked and bought.

Call Center services, In my first time there I was put in charge of helping the Sr. Developer maintain their in house build CRM, I design and created reports for the Workforce department using PHP, these reports helped find markers for tracking call time and improved their business rules.

This was a small import and distribution company, as their only IT, I maintained their internal network, using google cloud print I eliminated their hassle of sending files to a single person email that was in charge of printing. I started the development of an API using ASP.NET, and also developed the android mobile client using Phone Gap.

• Created an MVP for an API with the purpose of controlling the internal inventory and the different distribution channels.

Call Center services, as part of the IT team, I was in charge of giving tech support to the different areas of the company, and help in the networking of image deployment for their computers.

• Created scripts for unattended installation of the different software needed for their various campaigns, this helped reduce the time spent in the deployment of the software.

Outsourcing development, as part of a 3-man team, we built a system that centralized patient information for a dental clinic, this eliminated the constant trips to the different branches to collect patient data, and automated the collection of insurance.

• The system helped optimize the patient appointments, and have a full detail of dental history.
