Technical Leader for the implementation of FTTH service provisioning flows in HPE Service Activator. Successfully created CRUD (Create, Read, Update & Delete) actions adopted for integrations with the company's systems (Scheduling, CRM, Network Management Systems, etc.) according to the company's value chain processes. - Technical Leader for the Migration of Mass Service Provisioning System on the HFC network (SWAP Intraway - HPE Service Activator Project), leading the migration strategy through Data Analytics to ensure minimal impact on residential customer services. All MTA (Multimedia Terminal Adapter) implemented in customers were migrated to the new HPE Service Activator System and Cisco CPNR Version 8.2 (DHCP) within 8 weeks and over 4 million services through maintenance windows that guaranteed internet, telephone, and television services to customers with a downtime of only 2 minutes, while achieving integration with various company systems (Scheduling, CRM, Network Management Systems, etc.) according to the company's value chain processes. - Created a Robot for extraction of Quotas and Licensing information per Corporate Account related to Mail2World mailboxes. This automation allowed optimization of the Mail2World contract for growth projection for Variable Capex and Annual Support, resulting in a 30% savings in new investments. - Implemented a Data Analysis Tool for the exploitation area (Tableau), achieving an efficiency in the reduction of the average construction time of Business Intelligence dashboards from 10 days to 4 days. This had a positive impact on the company, which subsequently expanded the license contract for the acquisition of Tableau Server and the consolidation of the analytics management through the Avanza project, where strategic dashboards of all areas of the company are currently reported.

- Implemented management and monitoring systems for datacenter operations using the Microfocus suite (Sitescope, Bussiness Service Management, Universal CMDB, and Service Manager) for dedicated hosting clients with specialized monitoring and Nagios XI for standard monitoring of dedicated hosting and collocation services. This enabled monitoring of 100% of datacenter servers and automated the monitoring process for standard variables during the transition of services to production. Additionally, plugins were developed in Nagios to simplify the monitoring process and to establish capacity planning for the OS and middleware administrators. - Managed network management platforms in the datacenter, achieving a 99.7% service availability and ensuring platform performance. During this experience, I gained proficiency in RedHat Enterprise Linux OS distribution and obtained the RHCSA certification. I also expanded my knowledge of network management protocols such as SNMP, ICMP, CLI (Routers and Switches), SSH (Linux and Solaris), and WMI (Windows Server). Expanding on my achievements in this role, I led the successful implementation of monitoring and management systems for datacenter operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. My development of plugins in Nagios simplified the monitoring process, while my expertise in Linux and network management protocols enabled me to effectively manage network platforms in the datacenter. My proficiency in Microfocus suite and Nagios XI allowed for efficient monitoring of all servers, thereby streamlining the transition of services to production. Overall, my contributions were crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of datacenter operations, providing clients with reliable and efficient services.

- Developed a Poller system for the analysis and capture of Cablemodem and CMTS levels in the HFC network, which allowed for the identification of problems on common configuration elements. Prioritization of corrective and preventive work was based on the impact of the identified problems through the NOC and External Network processes. This initiative led to the development of new expert diagnostic systems for the HFC and FTTH network, which currently use identification patterns based on the original system's paradigms. - Created Web Services for self-management portals to manage WiFi on residential cablemodems. This enabled customers to self-manage their WEP - WPA PSK key and provided tools for Call Center advisors to remotely support WiFi configuration. - Developed new functionality for the Claro Telephony Portal, enabling customers to self-manage and configure new features indicated by the telephony product. This helped to reduce call center calls by incentivizing customers to use the portal.

- Architect and Project Leader for the strategic unification of support tools, resulting in a 5-percentage-point reduction in call recurrence. Implemented the T&D Convergente tool, aligning with Claro Colombia's strategy of simplifying customer service processes for HFC and FTTH services in the mass market segment. The project consisted of two phases, with the first phase implemented in 2022, including tool development, pilot testing, and deployment across the Call Center's entire network of partners. The second phase, planned for 2023, involves simplifying the technical support model by integrating new Workforce Management systems, Video Call systems, Ticketing and Call Typing (CRM), and creating service flows for People, Business and Enterprise segments. - Architect and Technical Leader for the network automation framework at Claro Colombia. Acquired the Iquall MAT tool through an RFP process that evaluated five technical solutions. After approval, implemented with the selected provider, Iquall Networks. The project included the construction of two selected and prioritized use cases in partnership with the user areas (NOC) and the implementation of Cloud Infrastructure based on Kubernetes. The project culminated with the delivery of the MAT platform to the Network Management Systems operation and the automation delivery to the NOC, achieving the adoption of the tool and the initial establishment of a governance of automation for NetOps (DevOps + Networking). - Architect and Technical Leader of the centralized CPE management system for ONTs, Ultra WiFi, and corporate CPEs via TR069 using ACS Friendly Technologies Solution. The need for implementation arose from the growth of the FTTH network, where ONTs and Ultra WiFi Terminals required management via TR069. The system currently supports self-management of WiFi parameters such as SSID passwords and WPA2 keys and allows Call Center agents to remotely diagnose and repair customer service issues.
