As a software engineer at Fintesa Firm, I worked on the backend development of multiple systems using Python Flask and SQLAlchemy ORM. I contributed to the development of a bank account system, products page, and onboarding-team page, which involved implementing CRUD operations, handling HTTP requests, and using JWT authentication for secure access. I also assisted in hosting the Python React and SQLAlchemy apps on GoDaddy and cPanel, implementing security measures such as SSL and token CORS, and implementing a continuous integration and deployment using REST APIs. In addition, I used Axios to connect the frontend and backend apps, ensuring seamless communication between the two. Finally, we worked on Flask Socket IO to provide live data to users, allowing them to stay up-to-date in real-time. These projects allowed me to gain valuable experience in backend development and demonstrate my ability to work effectively with a variety of technologies and concepts.

As Project Manager at Jopack firm, I was responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects with various international organizations such as USAID, GIZ, Blumont, BDC, CMC, CARE, JEDCO, ACTED, NARC, JUHD, and others. In this role, I gained extensive experience in project management and developed strong skills in coordinating with a variety of stakeholders. Additionally, I led hybrid training programs in cooperation with the World Packaging Organization (WPO) and trained people across Jordan and the Middle East. I also managed HBBS and SME projects, helping to grow and support small businesses.
